Apricots are harvested from the end of July to the beginning of September. The tasty stone fruit can be used in several areas and it enriches cuisine with many delicious dishes such as compotes, marmalade, light and creamy apricot cakes or apricot dumplings. At the same time you can also enjoy the soft and aromatic fruit fresh. It is important to mention the high level of provitamin A (beta-carotene) in the fruit, which improves eyesight and lends the apricot its typical vibrant color.
